McLean, VA – April 15, 2013 – TWD ESS Services, LLC (TWD ESS), an information technology (IT)-based security company serving the public and private sectors, today announced its launch into the market. The company provides physical, logical and cybersecurity solutions to commercial and government clients. TWD ESS is a Small Business Administration (SBA) small disadvantaged-owned business.

Phillips is a well-known telecommunications and electronics security subject matter expert with over 20 years of experience. Prior to launching TWD ESS, Phillips founded The W.I.N.N. Group, Inc., a telecommunications and electronic security systems design engineering firm focused primarily on the federal civilian and defense markets.
TWD ESS is majority-owned by Phillips with a minority ownership stake held by TWD & Associates, Inc. (TWD). TWD ESS and TWD intend to pursue a wide-range of electronic security opportunities to capitalize on their joint capabilities and experience.
